There’s a few national press commenting on the club. Jon Would any of them be interested in a behind the scenes on the fly past? Like on the flight if that’s allowed. An insight and enable them to take images from within. Would carry more resonance? Help them carry the message? Just a thought. I know the SOC1903 initiative has stated they aim to get a change at the top, but for me it's simply not clear enough. Both Rahic and Rupp need to go. It's not just a case of Rupp replacing Rahic as director of football and CEO, he has absolutely no interest in the game or Bradford City. He needs to stick to his car racing and sell up to someone with a passion for the sport and ideally the club, who have the clubs best interests at heart and will aim to stop the rot. We are in free fall. Rupps investment in six months will be worth squat. Sell now and recoup some of his outlay. Whoever takes the reigns cannot do any worse.This is heartbreaking

But what are we meant to do?
Just sit back and do absolutely nothing?
Wait for relegation? Wait for worse?
I'd rather try things like this in the "hope" he says do you know what? I don't need this maybe the time is right to go?

 

Definitely has to be Pompey game - too many delays to the protests already. There were supposed to be gatherings before Sunderland and that never happened. Now we have the pledges ‘banked’, we have to strike whilst the iron is hot.

Flying over the ground with a protest banner is completely different to a helicopter landing in/out of the stadium.

If a tragic coach crash occurs, we cannot just stop using coaches to games for a while as its too soon.

As tragic as last night was, life must go on.

 

The next possible date would be the home game against Oxford on November 24th if nothing else it would give McMahon a good laugh, maybe we will have to offer another date as long as they will do it for the same price ?.

 

Like Onside said and like I said I think it has gone through but you can't always tell. Even with Faster Payments these days they can take hours to get transferred. I will double check my account tomorrow and if not processed will donate 20 quid as I have said. I said I would donate weeks ago and nothing I have seen on the pitch and particularly read tonight on the BCST thread has changed my mind...

 

I think some more concrete plans would ensure more ppl willing to put in money:

Has the plane company been found?
Is clearance allowed to fly over?
What is their quote?
What will be on the banner?
Are there any legal implications?
What happens if funds don’t cover cost?
Will raised funds be used for something else?
If so, what is plan B?

Just a few thoughts. I’m pretty sure once there are clear indications of procedure and what’s going on BEFORE the fundraising starts, the money will flow in.

 

1. Plane company found and quote submitted. They deal with the rules and regs of what to flyover.
2. £750 is the quote, it says all this on the justgiving page.
3. The plane company will not do anything illegal or we wouldn’t be using them.
4. We do need a plan if we don’t reach the desired target. At the moment it is looking good, up to £90 in less than 24 hrs. However, we can develop a plan B if it looks like we cannot achieve the target.
