I don't see any sort of gameplan from us at all. Watt and Clarke are not getting the ball. We're not using our fullbacks to push forward.
Not sure Novak has even touched the ball yet.

Out of curiosity as we both beat Bolton would you have rather us beat them in a meaningful game ie league game or a Cup game, I know which result I'd prefer

 

If he wanted to play this formation then switching Wood to where Guthrie is playing then bringing in Cooke or Pritchard to the midfield would have been more sensible to me. In fact both and taking out Clarke because Clarke's lack of defensive ability in a midfield three is a serious weakness

It's not really a surprise that we're not playing that well when we've rocked up with a random formation we've not played in any kind of match recently.

 

Am I correct in saying that we’ve got Guthrie out wide and Ismail in the middle?

 

Of a fashion yes..guthrie appears to be wide but where ismail is playing is anyones guess

 

I can only think McCall has selected this team to show the board he needs players. If that's not the case he needs sectioning.
