    If you listen to McCall at the press conference yesterday, he hinted quite strongly that we'll use the free week to give trials to potential loanees. We're well and truly out of ideas and I've no confidence whatsoever we'll get the striker we need.

    Does sound a bit like make do and mend. Mind you we need to survive the present climate as a Club and consolidating possibly more than a rebuild, being the priority. Still have ground lease and rates to pay with little coming in..obviously Gibb can't give us any wiggle room.

    It's been largely "make so and mend" for as long as I can remember no change there then
    Pension funds are really suffering at the minute (dare not look at my latest forecast) so can't see Mr Gibb doing Mr Rupp any favors

    My pension fund took a nosedive during first couple of months of lockdown, it has since recovered and is actually worth more now than it was pre-covid.
