    Its partly about competing physically, but both central midfielders are too deep. They need to push forward and alternate in taking more advanced positions to receive the ball and link to the attack. But that'd be something resembling attacking football wouldnt it...

    I can accept defeats but not ones where we play like a bunch of strangers, it’s happening too often.You wonder how this squad can manage to be so poor on the road.

    Doyle coming back could have been a catalyst, so far it’s the opposite.

    you watch team like Sheffield United, the fighting qualities and organisation are unbelievable and gets them results. I do think bowyer should stick to his guns on formation esp away from home.

    I wonder how many times Doyle had to come into his own half when he was playing for Swindon. I’m not really sure what our midfield have been told to do.
