    Why do players have to have a good game to be effective? If Shay scores 2 goals a game in every game for the rest of the season and that's all he does I will take that all day long.

    Give over. If it wasn’t for a decent save by their keeper in the first half, he would have had a hat trick. Yet you say his overall performance was poor. Poor lad can’t win.

    Several managers have tried and failed to get him pumped up and ready to punch his weight. He’s out of contract soon so he should be playing for his future. Sadly as you say he’s a bottler.

    I know, for me he hasn’t the spark you look for in a footballer. He might have had it once, but no more, he was right in front of me the other day, and he started to run and tackle a player, but then a few yards out he just gave up. I think he won’t be playing and I use the words loosely for City much longer.
