Well Crawleys Best CB went off injured tonight and the player who came on to replace him has been sent off so that should at least be an advantage.

 

Barrow had a makeshift defence on Saturday with players playing out of position, didn't help us though did it

If it's Evans in the middle and Gillead is selected I'm not even going to bother listening. I'm on shift anyway so I'll save myself the hassle and just look for the inevitable result at 5.

Surely there has to be changes, that midfield unit (all 5) just isn't working and for me, desperately needs tweaking or even a complete overhaul.

 

They'll have more drive and passion and play a direct game.

It worked pre season and for first 3 games until Angol was injured. I don’t understand why he won’t just play Robinson in Angols position?
It’s pure stubbornness directed towards the powers that be because Adams didn’t want Robinson.
If he carries on like this he’ll go the same way as Bowyer, McCall, Hopkin etc who all had the same issues.
Why can’t we just get rid of all the ridiculous roles such like director of recruitment / football and let whoever the manager is deal with recruitment.

 

Have a look at the 3 games we've won and where those teams are in the table.

I'd say, also taking into account the performances against 2 of those sides that it's a bit of a stretch to suggest we were some sort of well oiled machine.

 

Geography might not be your strong point but Dover is a very long way from Crawley

 

I was going to go Dave. Was pleased it's been switched from the awful Tuesday night fixture of previous seasons. Changed my mind though. Same team, same tactics, 85th min subs regardless. Lost the enthusiasm required for a 4 hour round trip.

 

This is very true, but Folkestone (where the tunnel come out) is only 75 miles from Crawley.

 

It's rare I can get to away games due to work commitments. So I make do with what I can. Its another ticked off on 'clubs' I've visited. Somewhere in the 70 visited clubs (not grounds, as some have moved).

I don't know what to expect from Saturday but I hope that return journey ain't as painful as I fear.
