Wow I’d hate to be a Colchester fan, their stadium has no redeeming features and the atmosphere reminds me of last season behind closed doors. Has a training match feel to it.

 

Quite interesting to watch Threlkeld in comparison to Hendrie.

Hendrie will pass and run forwards looking for a pass back or to create space for someone by taking a defender with him.

By comparison Threlkeld passes and stops. He doesn't even look like he's considering going forwards. Just makes the game more stationary and slow.

He had to freshen things up. The problem here, is that on Friday the majority of those who started, you’d think might have a decent case for staying next season. The majority of those who’ve come in, you think ‘nah’. Threlkeld, Foulds, Cooke, Evans, Lavery, Sutton - Cooke is maybe, Sutton, has an outside chance. The other 4 are just shit.

I was going to correct you and say *Cook -because I honestly haven't even noticed Cooke playing.

2-0 and this is too easy. What also should be "too easy", is Hughes deciding who stays and who goes at the end of the season. Currently, I'd say not a single player on the pitch at the moment deserves to be here.
