Cooke has gone off the boil and doesn't seem to be trying to get on the ball for some reason. I don't think he'll be with us next season. Playing off former glories for me. Hasn't had a substantial impact in a match for some time, months maybe.

The big hope after today is that decisions start to be made and hopefully some feedback to the fans on what is happening. New recruitment man we know is very close to being announced and Mark must by now have made his mind up on the vast majority of players.
This has been a dreadful season and it is going to be an embarrassing final league position but there is fresh hope for what lies ahead and the fans deserve to be kept fully updated to maintain this momentum. I would love it (as Kevin Keegan did all those years ago!) if Mark declared after the game that decisions have been reached

our two players on the floor need hooking and the right back get off too

 

Cook is finished at EFL level. He would struggle to get a game at Halifax in my opinion

I didn’t know he was on the pitch until the ref had a word with him 5 minutes ago, good riddance tbh. He probably spends to much time bitching to his dad about not getting played rather than actually improving his game.
