Blaming the home fans laughable, people turned up in horrible conditions, to watch a pathetic weak kneed display, losing to second from bottom, who couldn't buy a win before Tuesday. People won't clap and cheer the utter shite that's on display.

I’ve noticed recently this forum has serious bipolar, everything is extreme these days win and top 3 here we come, lose or draw and sack the club.
Wimbledon were at home, player advantage and have lost just 1 in 12. It’s a perfectly acceptable result. Onto Carlisle.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Kevin1954, baggers, bantamdave41 and 11 others like this. -

I think our fanbase is very bipolar.
We must be very passionate fans, on the plus side, but it does get annoying.
Literally every non-victory is a catastrophe.
This one is annoying due to the context (losing to Rochdale at home, Northampton lost today, a couple of teams overtook us), but it's not the end of the world.nicknameless, bantamdave41, Jayteebee and 6 others like this. -

My first thought was we should have brought him off, but we can only blame Walker for being a pillock and getting himself sent off.
He has the personal responsibility in this situation. -

Tell me another club that would leave the second top scorer in the league on the bench when we struggle for goals.

A point away is always acceptable if it’s followed by a home win. Carlisle is a massive game let’s have the spirit and fight we had against Salford and three points

Enjoyed my trip down to Wimbledon yesterday.
Whilst not particularly big, their new ground is very smart and the facilities in the away end were very good.
On the walk to the new ground, I passed the memorial to the old ground, just a bit further along Plough Lane.

However 7 of our regulars this season, being 4 defenders, Gilliead, Smallwood and Chapman have scored 3 (three) league goals between them.
A quick look shows Piergianni alone has 5 league goals for stevenage as a defender. The three CBs showing on the BBC for Northampton today have 9.
We must be bottom 7 for potency / goals scored from corners. -

What a pair of knobs. Walker for getting a second yellow. Hughes for not pulling him at half time.

Happy with a point today but it’s the Rochdale game that will Fook it up

25 games into the season and not a single goal from a defender yet.
Would be interesting to see how many goals we've scored from corners or free kicks. I can think of Cook scoring at Tranmere and he maybe got one another?
This must be a massive area of opportunity for us to improve on.
I can recall a few good opportunities for Platt in particular, but doesn't feel like the quality of the set-piece balls into the box is good enough.Briggus, Inspector, JudgeMental and 3 others like this. -
I'd be bringing Cook back in now, failing to see what Oliver offers over Cook with any quality or consistency.
Costelloe was a weird starter. Not played since getting a knee injury in Sept and it looked like it. Bloke looked lost.Bronco, Offcomedun, banbrotam and 2 others like this. -
