Greg was one of my favourite players in the 80s and always give his all for the club and I have a lot of respect for him for that. I don't doubt that he is giving his all in his current role, but then again, I don't doubt that Collins and Drury are giving their all. The fact remains though that Greg is just as culpable as the other two, has been here longer, and there comes a time when you have to make decisions that's best for the club
We need a clean sweep of the coaching staff and to bring in an experienced manager with his own staff, and if the owners cannot accept their failings and acknowledge this, then I'm afraid league 2 beckons next Spring

 

What's the point in him being here if he isn't getting the support he needs.

Of course I'm not naive enough to think it doesn't happen, but then again I'm not naive enough to know it happens to every club in the football league. It's not just Bradford City who have to battle for the signature of players

At the end of the game I looked over to the dugout and saw Collins gesturing to the players to go towards the standing fans, Greg was obviously angry about something and threw his top to the ground looked like he was shouting at someone, not a happy man for sure.

 

I thought he looked remarkably well. Thoroughly pissed off, sick of what we're all having to put up with, but in good health.

 

My guess is Stuart is going to take him to scunny in some capacity and take him away from this nightmare.

 

Glad he kept his lips sealed, secretly filming the straightest bloke you'll ever meet was a pretty snide thing to do.

 

i really hope abbott will leave city and go to scunthrope with mccall.

 

For his sanity & health I'd like that to happen, but unless he's booted out he won't go.

Yes and long it may continue but believe me I've had personal experience of that horrible disease and the last thing you need whilst recovering is stress.

Very much doubt it , McCall hasn’t worked with Abbott in the past in coaching before his stint with City so don’t think they will be joining forces anytime soon.

It appears as though everyone within who cares is crying out for a fans revolt to oust the ‘untouchable’ one.

There’s only so much those within can do whilst protecting their employment, and it clearly isn’t much.

For the first time in a long time, our club needs us.

 

It could well be that Abbo wants to change things - But EDIN has ruled all changes are MC's call !
