I've thought all along that it would be Rosler, so I will Stick with that view.

 

Cotterill favourite a few places. I went for Rosler.

 

I've voted Sheridan as he seems to specialise in saving teams from the drop

 

Cotterill would be a great appointment although he’s too strong a personality to appease the Jerry’s.

On that list it would be Rosler
Hill from Rochdale would be my choice
Or if we wanted to take a chance Craig Bellamy

 

I’ve admired the Cowley brothers over at Lincoln for quite some time, I’d love to see them given a chance. It won’t happen though, we’re not progressive enough anymore for anybody with ambition.

 

I'm Warming to the idea of Cotterill actually. Don't know why, just a hunch that he could do a good job here

 

Surely you should have included a AN Other, not German

 

They have signed a new, long term contact at Lincoln. Plus our tight wads won't pay any compo anyway.

 

Excluding his short spell at Notts County Cotterill had a good spell at Cheltenham and Bristol City and not a lot else. It’s a no from me. Another manager on the carousel of 18 months at a club and then sacked.

 

Hill's limit is at Rochdale only I'm afraid, Park. Doubt if he could do a job either at City or anywhere else really.

I think Graham Westley could be a good shout, isn't he the lad who said " my kids don't call me dad they call me winner" with an ego like that he'd be a shoe in, seriously I'd love it to be Paul Hurst done a great job at Shrewsbury, but no chance, so I'll go with Rosler.

 

Why?I keep hearing this his record at a club with a very limited expectation he has had them playing beyond there expectations. He failed at Barnsley but most managers have failures on their CV as well as positives. He has a history of developing and blooding young players which is just what is wanted. And he can win cup ties

 

I’m not sure it really matters who we get. I remember people getting a semi when Peter Taylor & Bryan robson got the jobs, didn’t work out too well did they. The 2 notable successful managers were both untried & caused outrage at the time, kamara & Jewell

 

Don't give anyone ideas about Westley for goodness sake!
