Football kits are for children. I'd feel a prize prat as a full grown man being a walking sponsor for old Jack Tordoff.

England shirts are acceptable though. Thats different.

 

England shirts were good when Umbro made them. Nike haven't made a decent one yet.

 

If people can’t distinguish the difference between claret and amber and black and white I’d suggest they get along to an eye clinic and certainly not drive a car

 

But the shorts and socks clash which is what the problem was

Even an official trying to distinguish a pull or handball from 20 yards away. Our claret is quite dark so could easily be mistaken for black.As an aside I can't remember watching too many games in general either live or on tv where both sides have played in vertical stripes regardless of colour.
I get the idea, I agree that teams shouldn't need three kits and the change kit should be completely dissimilar to avoid a second clash, but the days it's all about money. If both kits slightly clash then the home side could also change, that would solve a lot

 

I'd rather wear a City shirt than an England one any day,England shirts are chavvy apart from the 1982 retro one

 

I would have chosen a second kit that would have. Been suitable to play in against all the teams whose kit clashed with our home kit.

 

Yeh that's what we've done previously so I'm a bit surprised we haven't done it again.

 

All this lets get in touch with legacy is a smoke screen. Playing some of our home games at Bloomfield road is the next step.

 

Wow indeed. It is somewhat, ummm, interesting... Agree about the Lister Mills shirt -- I'd really like to see that as an actual kit.

I know a shouldn't but I do actually like it - although I take the point about it looking a little like a keepers kit.

 

I actually like it, very bright. Look on the bright side, we won’t need the flood lights on, we will be able to see the players in the dark
