I'll post the X message here as well, as it's got a bit lost in the match thread.

"We’re told this is due to important meetings involving Stefan Rupp over the coming weeks."
So, are these important meetings nothing to do with City or are they possibly related to the Club?

Looking around the free agent market there's not much realistic quality available. Maybe Lee Evans but him apart it looks like we are going to need a fair bit of money in the kitty for fees

I would have thought if the meetings weren't city related, Jamie would have been told his unavailability was due to business matters in Germany. Maybe the hold off is because he is hoping to have some good news to share after those meetings take place. I'm hoping that's the reason for the delay anyway.

Bromley now 3-1, if they go up they'll be another club that has to rip up their 3G pitch

Conn-Clarke is having a bad game and he's been a star for Alty. Sounds like he'll be EFL bound anyway, but not massively turned up in this one. Bromley vs Solihull it seems in the final.

So next season's new ground, in League Two, will be either Bromley's Hayes Lane stadium or Solihull Moor's Damson Park.

Size wise both are similar to Harrogate Town's ground, but neither have particularly good facilities for visiting supporters. Currently, Solihull offer visiting clubs around 1,200 tickets (covered terrace plus a seated section), whilst Bromley currently offer around 650 tickets for an uncovered terrace, the entrance to which currently involves trudging across a muddy car park.

Like Sutton United, the club that progresses, may quickly undertake some improvement works to upgrade their facilities and, in Bromley's case they will have to offer 200 spaces under cover, to meet the EFL's requirements for visiting supporters (although they could get a temporary waiver until any development works are completed).

Both clubs seem to towards the top end of National League ticket prices. Bromley currently charge away fans (adults) £20 and Solihull Moors currently charge away fans (adults) £22. Expect whichever club gets promoted to increase those prices.

I missed the conversation about Gateshead, they were disqualified for some reason?

Nothing to do with the "powers that be........." getting their favourites into the EFL?

Bromley win on penalties to get promoted. Been a brilliant play off final.

They look like a side that will be happy to defend and play on the counter attack.

Ex-Milwall player Byron Webster who played in the 2017 final with the winning penalty.

Really? I personally thought it was very poor quality from both sides. Playing these next season just shows how far we have fallen

Another bloody trek next season to that there London. Just another Sutton, almost identical distance too
