What success rate, do you realistically think a scout can achieve? I suspect it's higher than what the average throughout the pyramid.

Note, that a scout has done his job if a player is signed and they improve whilst we're on their books / or live up to their reputation.

 

Thanks for this. We've got plenty of tricky creative players and so another industrious midfielder would be ideal. Because if we can keep / win back possession, we should be able to create chances.

 

It won’t matter that you rate them and are gutted that they are leaving.
You’ve only watched them on a weekly basis.

Some on here will dismiss them after seeing them probably once or twice at best all season.

Not sure where your concerns are. Squad below only requires 16 registered players so there are still 6 places available. McDonald, Oduor and Wilson could also make way. Pointon and Kavanagh don't have to be registered.

How does a fan of a L2 club know what’s required of L1? Clearly his club think NOT otherwise County would have offered them a mutually acceptable deal?

 

I'd say Stockport think he's worth a punt at that level, given they offered him a 1 year deal but understandably at his age, he is looking for a bit more security.

He did it quite often throughout the season. To the changing room after another defeat.

 

They aint getting registered. They done and if we can't move them on they won't be taking squad places.

I have absolutely no idea. I’ve never worked in this industry so wouldn’t have a clue what the success rate is. But I do know, Gents is appalling given all the shite that has come and gone during his employment. Fans need to stop defending and applauding mediocrity and expect better for a change
