So how do we as fans try and sort this mess Bantam J, how do we get Mr Rupp to see, Sparkes is not a football CEO.
Is voting with our feet and cash, the only answer?

He’s an associate director with clear links to the club. I believe he represents our club at other clubs. He should in no way be liking derogatory posts about sections of the fans. Those quite frankly contribute to keeping a float this club and allows him the privileged position to represent our club (appreciate he also pays for that pleasure)

I don’t know I think things get worse before they get better. My fear is so many will vote with their feet and the budget just plunges as does our league position.

I know the Bradford independent group was a slow burner and the letter hasn’t landed but I do hope when they share their strategy we have other opportunities to make a difference.

But his thoughts are his and not the clubs, the beauty of democracy, as long as he has not crossed the moral lines, he is entitled to his opinion, just like us all.

Just reading about Man ure fans taking legal advice around being moved from their seats in the south stand and its possible re development.
Personally you would have to pay me to sit and watch finance fc, but in my eyes it shows that fans at most clubs are unhappy about things at certain times , last May before losing to Carlisle it was generally peacefull on here.

The letter from the new supporter's group, together with a bundle of several hundred responses from individual members, has landed on the doorstep in Germany. Unfortunately, the addressee has refused to accept the package. That says much about how our current owner feels about the views of many fellow supporters if he won't even taken time to accept the responses, let alone read them.

It is a very sad read this thread. Long term fans not wanting to go watch the team. I make difference between long and short term fans because it is unusual. As normally long term fans have put up with no end of nonsense. At least two admins and several owners and even more managers.

I just feel despondent and totally fed up with the club and their lack of engagement with the fans on all sorts of levels.

I like our manager and I do think he should be allowed to stay regardless of what happens this season. The players are playing their best football and trying their best.

However, I doubt we will renew. It has become very difficult to actually park anywhere near the ground as several areas where we could park is now out of bounds. Nevertheless despite those difficulties we would make the effort and expense if we felt bonded to the club as we have done for decades. We feel ignored and taken for granted and that is not a nice feeling. At moment we have no idea what we will be asked to pay but this is not about money. We have always loved the club and turned up every match until recently. We used to go home and away. Now the experience just feels miserable. I do realise the club has to charge more due to wages and bills that require more money, but when owner will not invest in our club it is very hard to justify an increase for fans who on the whole are not millionaires. Ppl have said we can’t force him and that is correct but I do hope he looks at the downturn in income and recognises his own part in that downturn.

No , we will go bust and he will probably be glad to be shut of us......really?? If that's the case then he should just sell up then shouldn't he and be rid because he wouldn't get any money back that way.......

Like i said in another post, he will just get Sparks to cut the cloth accordingley . we will regress further and he could cut his losses.
He is a business man with little to no interest in us. we are an asset, one he overpaid for in my opinion, just the football world.
He may lose a few pounds, we probably lose our club.
Like many, i have seen us in 3 admins, do not want to go there again.

Maybe a way round some of the doubters would be a commitment from the owner to invest in the playing squad at the same time as fans do.

10,000 season tickets at £50 extra equals an extra half a million in to the kitty.

Given Rupp hasn't put a penny for three years why doesn't he agree to at least match that if the those numbers are met

Offer an alternative then......people won't keep paying money indefinitely to watch the club slide into oblivion while being 'sustainable' just for the owners sake. Action is needed....

If the club only sells 10,000 then they have made a significant net loss.

This agony is nothing new . Bradford city have been a lower league football club for the majority of its lifespan.
On other posts / messages on here i have suggested a fans collective to raise working capital to try and make a change.
All have met with little interest.
People want change , as long as they do not have to pay for it,
