I only got an email, because I contacted them saying I can't log in! Now I've bought the thing, but have had no confirmation. Not sure if the money has even been taken from my account even!

Tried to purchase a membership today it didn’t seem to complete and no confirmation and nothing in my purchase history I have just spent half an hour as number 1 in the queue on the telephone with no answer. Not good

Yes not there. Can’t understand why when they are trying to sell season tickets they don’t answer the blxxdy phone

How many do they have answering when you are number one in the queue for twenty minutes which was the case. Sorted now

 

Probably one and it was a 20 minute call being dealt with. Be patient, try being a mortgage broker. 45 minutes is normal holding on for santander, hsbc etc

Maybe if the website worked properly I wouldn’t have had to telephone I got to the basket thought I had payed for it and then it went suddenly went blank with nothing in my purchase history. As you will be well aware I don’t criticise often because I am sure people are trying their best but the service today was poor and if it’s typical it’s not really good enough

 

To be fair it took me three goes on the Internet and at one point had five season tickets in my basket, and I'm only a grey surfer not a silver one

Thats the reason most times I go down to the ticket office and speak to someone, I know with being retired it's easy to me but it saves all the stress of a situation like yours and @Park bantam.

 

Very wise. If they didnt want people to go in person they wouldnt have the office open would they ! And we'd all be ringing some spotty youth in Bangalore
