True, were it not for going to my daughter's Saturday morning games that KO at 10:30. I managed to get to my seat 30 seconds before kick off v Wimbledon after parking up at Forster Sq carpark on arrival. An early kick off at VP just isn't possible sadly.

 

Shame, hope it’s at least held off until next season as it won’t suit everyone like yourself.

Listen chaps, energy's through the bloody roof, the cost of everything is sky high and likely to stay that way.

But there's a General Election in 2025, so it's only 3 years.

If it's 1 pm kick offs until we get rid of tax cuts for the rich and bonkers bankers' bonuses, we might just have to swallow the medicine.

 

What will be the threshold in the votes for 1pm kick offs? Surely not a majority.

Even if it’s 75% in favour and 25% against, that’s still a lot of fans who are going to be affected and maybe not able to go to games.

For me they have to stick to 3pm, and if the club are going to be financially affected, our commercial expert Davide Longo needs to start earning his corn a lot more by getting more sponsors on board or negotiating other deals.

 

Given the survey is running until Saturday but all the EFL clubs are meeting on Thursday morning to discuss the plans going ahead, the survey was probably just to gauge the fans perspective on it, rather than have fans included in the decision. We'll hear what's happening in an EFL statement before we see the numbers from this survey.

 

Spot on, keep as is and add £25 or £50 for L1 to seasons next term

 

I think solely on electric £10 should be enough, 14000x10 should cover the increase. But with the cost of living increases the club may want to pay their off field employees more for instance and there are other costs other than just electrical. So you maybe right we may have to think about a £50 rise depending on division.

The club employs a number of low paid workers would fans begrudge them an increase in these times? It’s only fair we pay are way as football fans it’s not only footballers that the club employs.

Talk Sport mentioned this survey today and said it was good we have asked. The Mansfield Chairman thinks they will lose about 50 from their attendance with it. That's half their gate !
