Not for me. Best way is for EFL to either fund it or come up with a plan to fund it

And the thing is its £250k per club to put in in place IF their stadiums meet the requirements. Otherwise you could be looking at millions. The league can't afford to fund that and many clubs can't afford it at that level. It is something that is only ever going to be viable if its introduced bit by bit as clubs can afford the stadium and the implementation cost (it also apparently costs about £3k a game to operate)Stop hovering to collapse... They have to give refs as much chance as they can. The reaction of our players and manager were fairly muted to what they could have been at Sunderland (despite Hopkin's yellow) but compare that to the acceptance of the decision last night and its night and day.
