Quite right Storck. By the way my suggestions re the Who's who are now with the office and I've asked to see the end result as it will need formatting better than my skills allow.
    P.S. Very belated congratulations.

@wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler - again thanks for the detailed reply.

Those names are probably ones that 90% of fans wouldn’t have remembered.

    Thanks, for that @Storck@Storck ..................
Only ONE problem (or two ;) )

Supposing Frau Rahic is up to speed on all things legal, what the Hell would She know about footballing matters ?:cold_sweat:
As if Edin himself doesn't have more than enough 'input'.

THIS is possibly WHY so many members, and supporters, like me want some transparency.
I'm not suggesting an open book - BUT - We would ALL like to know we are in 'safe hands'. It's not looking anywhere near good, at the moment.

So who does exactly what, and who is 'slacking', or not up to their job ?
Schitt ....... Now I've disturbed the worms in the can ..........

The footballing matters are clerical in nature or seeking expert advice, as Wetherby said.

Can you honestly say you could have said who were doing it previously, or if they were any good?

The only public example recently of us having to deal with the FA/league would be in the signing that has been announced today. Obviously everything was in order as it has gone through.

Not sure who is slacking, if anyone is, or who aren’t up to their job.

I can not remember this up roar when Mark Lawn gave the same job to his ‘friend’.

I think Edin got rid of all those ;)

As for who is best ?
Suck it and see - and change things for the better once you see it is failing.

Six games in - And we are failing by the week.
Ah well ........ Only 40 games to put it all right - But fail at the top end, an' it'll soon be just half a dozen :(

It wasn't that long ago that an admin error got us kicked out of the FA Cup to be fair. Can't get much more incompetent than that.

I guess it should be included in a ‘Job Description’ which specifies who is responsible for undertaking the task and who is the Line Manager, who should supervise them to ensure that they undertake their contractual duties.

This is a relatively straightforward task.

There are jobs which need to be done and posts should have been allotted to each and every task. If not why not?

The responsibility starts ‘at the top’!

I know it’s not rocket science. Somebody must be in charge of the ‘office’. If your new training should be undertaken so everyone is properly instructed. The website and updating should be somebody’s responsibility??

I think the problem is probably long term at the club that no one has ever really had defined job roles with a lot of stuff just getting done with those further up unaware of who actually does it. Now this works as long as those in role don't change. When staff change the whole thing falls apart as the new person doesn't know that the previous person did it even though it might not have been obvious by their job title.

I read the statement from the Bradford City Supporters Trust, but I am not sure that I really understood the message. It suggests that the writer has had redundancy problems (hope all is good now) but I am not sure why that should result in a drop of updating of the Trust. Sorry as it sounds like I am judging, just trying to learn.

I have supported the club since 1974/5 and I have not come across the BCST until now. This is down to me as I am not much of a committee man etc. and I have no social media interest or skills.

You guys night be able to offer more insight, but the Trust seems to be generally behind the club and will help when they can, I think. Not sure what they can offer. The statement seems to be slightly against current ownership but does not offer a direction of its support.

    Any thoughts?

We can but they leave very quickly. Minimum wage doesn't compensate for what they have to put up with.
