    Who on earth has a spare 90-120 minutes to sit on “hold”. The average fan who lives in the region would likely be there and back within the hour!

    Yes , but i am a fool. Whats the saying.
    A fool and his money are soon parted, you can not take it with you and there are no pockets in shrouds.
    It always amazes me that these multi millionaires pass away and leave it to the kids. Do some bloody good with it.
    How does anyone need £100 million+.

    even with EuroMillions behind you seems pointless investing in something no better, if not worse than the facilities we already have access to just so we can say we own it, plus we would out grow it with one promotion. No indoor facilities just three/four pitches? I can imagine the moans on here if Rupp said he was building us a new training facility and all it was was 4 pitches with the players having to walk up in their kit from VP

    Buy the ground…….charge City £400,000 per annum. City will save some dosh and your kids will still be set up for life, with a reasonable fall back, that they could sell it on!
    I assume that will only occur when you have secured a lifetime supply of Boltmaker?;)

    Oh, I'd do some good with it for sure, but it wouldn't benefit Bradford City or dig David Brent & Benny Andersson out of their holes.

    I'd find someway to benefit my other love, The City Of Bradford as a whole.
