Totally agree that it will be down to user error but you would think that after so many clubs have transferred over most user errors have happened before and therefore would be covered in the hand over and training provided by Ticketmaster.

I think I saw a step by step for adding friends and family on Twitter or somewhere but as we manager to set ours up without an issue I didn't really take any notice of it

 

They linked all my friends and family at the ticket office today when I returned my barrow tickets

 

I have my points too but I am missing 100....

City have Tweeted this afternoon reinforcing the deadline before the price rise. Lots of replies about the club being naive and not reading the room.

It would appear the total displayed is what you had before ticketmaster took over so everyone's points are down and need adding.

 

Time Automated tweet maybe if there is such a thing I'm not IT savvy.
You would have had to been a castaway on a desert island to have missed what's happening.Apathy in abundance.

 

im still waiting for a reply about getting my a ticket for my lad for next season.

so not only are they not fussed about people renewing they are not going out of their way to get new customers either

That was one of them. As well as the hello@…., plus Marco and Ryan. Got a straight no from my request last year from ticket office so thought I’d bypass them this time. Thought I’d have more luck with less people buying

 

What should the deadline be?
If folk have made up their mind not to renew it won’t matter if it’s extended and the fans who will definitely renew will do so before the deadline.

I don't know what the deadline should be, but I do feel the club are calling our bluff. I think they will extend the deadline or get rid of it altogether. People want some clarity on where the club is heading before renewing. If the clarity comes later in the close season I can't see many people renewing at £349 a pop - although they might be more inclined if the price was still £249.

 

Try find another efl club with a deadline before the season ends. In fact try find one whose season tickets are already on sale.

 

The price doesn’t go up until the last day of the season so it’s up to the players and manager to show some fight in the last 7 games.
We also need a statement of intent from the club on how it sees summer recruitment going.
You’re right though, nobody or not many will renew after the deadline.
Could be a master stroke though from the club. Stick to the deadline, then Rupp announces he’s either selling or will invest heavily. We recruit well and are flying at top of league we’ll see quite a lot of FOMO with people paying £25 matchday prices.
