Tickets on sale for upcoming away games - all season ticket holders qualify.

Nope......ticketmaster only selling to those with 1990 points.

 

It is as if one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing

 

Ticket master currently saying import 23/24 season ticket holders and telling absolutely everyone they don't have the City points to purchase tickets.

It's just shitshow after shitshow. Embarrassing.

Sparks should resign, this is another of his decisions that hasn't been thought through and everyone in the Ticket office is no doubt getting slack for these issues whilst he just hides away whilst everything falls appart around him.

 

An alternative take on it is that the team that made the annoucement, is that the commercial side?, media team?, screwed up and put the wrong days on the announcement? Seems a strange time/day to put tickets on sale when people are travelling to an away game.

But which ever way there should have been some communication during the day with a correction and statement of what the actual plan was

 

Nah, it was planned for season tickets yesterday as it was after two reductions in loyalty points like it always has been.

It's a not fully tested system being rolled out. It's pur club all over at this stage.

They are allowing the fans to test it out, discover all the glitches and sort them as they go along. I have no idea whose brain child that was but frustrated ST holders and ppl just wanting to buy a ticket may very well walk away rather than seek help. Cheap way of testing the system, plus extra workload on the ticket office.

 

Does anybody know how I import my current season ticket to this new witchcraft of ticketmaster?

Account shows I’m a season ticket holder but yet but when trying to purchase tickets the website states, this event is not yet available for you to purchase.

 

Similar next 3 away matches now on general sale but on new system says seats not yet available to you looks like you don't have enough points. Seems a complete *@?$ up also still no sign of loyalty points.

 

Yep same for me daft as I am trying to get tickets for Salford , must need my head testing but not getting anywhere same with Season Tickets , hope but probably don't think it will , the damage is done, it doesn't sell out b4 I can get em , waited for general sale so I could get three , may have to call em tomorrow which is a pain

 

I wouldn't worry about them selling out now. People can't be arsed with home games, even fewer will be arsed travelling to watch this Shizzle.

 

Even though I am not renewing the family season tickets as it stands, I logged onto the new City Ticketmaster today.

Logging in easy, finding the other family accounts easy. Three members of the family didn’t get an email asking for permission for me to manage their accounts, one did. There one that did got an email to herself from herself, not from me!
I guess the others didn’t have the right email addresses associated but i should be able to fix that.

 

Brother had the same, try explaining that.......

 

My lads had 3 emails and they didn't explain what to do with them.....

Again, communication lacking from the club. Easy to ask supporters to ensure all email addresses were up to date before implementing....but NO......

They really DO NOT have the customer at heart of what they do.

 

The new system was thrust upon the ticket office so why did you expect the customers to be informed when the staff more than likely weren't.

That email you get when you e-mail the ticket office tells it's own story. Please don't shout at us for the running of this club.

 

Yes my missus was the same - the email had no links back to the Ticketing site or much in the way of an explanation. Poor.

 

But nobody knows the reason we have a new ticketing system and of course no information from the club to tell us why.
