Well theoretically they are on sale; the system won't let me purchase one though.

Nor me, always been a great help to me.
I’ve been down at lunch, best part of a 90 minute round trip including the queue (yes there was a queue, albeit a quite small one) and sorted Salford tickets out.
    10/10 for the staff
Nil point for the online system

I can buy Walsall Tickets, the £25 for an adult and a junior seems fair, seeing as Adults are £23 off the bat. So somewhere in the system I have the points entitlement without me being able to see the said points.

Is that per ticket SB or £1.50 per ticket?

Also, couldn't they post them both together so just the single postage fee?

£1.50 booking fee per ticket and £1.50 postage fee per ticket.

And yes, you would have thought they could be posted together but, with Ticketmaster, it's probably a Bantams Thing.

    Still a rip off then.

I was hoping we might see a more sensible per transaction fee rather than per ticket fee.

I usually buy for multiple people and it can work out very expensive.

Nicked this off another forum (that I think you frequent).
It’s getting ridiculous on every event ticketing website now.
This was the extra on top of two £60 concert tickets.

I don't have a problem with them charging stuff as long as they are up front about it. When I've bought tickets for gigs and stuff the price shown has included the service charge etc, with the face value shown in brackets after. It is when you are hit by charges at the end that it annoys me

What’s the difference between those 3 charges though?

Tranaction fee to cover banking costs
facility fee covers web site cost
service charge is the cost of the ticketing company

at a guess. probably seperated as each bit will go to a seperate company, possibly owned by same company.

I suspect that once the teething issues are sorted out, it will operate better than the old system.

That said, I can't believe the EFL hasn't introduced a league wide e-ticket system, with an app/smart card for regular users. It would be so much easier if away tickets could be added to the app/card upon purchase and occasional users could still have the option of printing their own tickets out. Most people would then have no need to have their tickets posted out or queue at the ticket office or away ground to collect them.

Has anyone else had this and knows how to resolve it?

All 3 of us had them.

I've emailed the ticket office but it's hugely frustrating that they've somehow moved to a system that's very difficult now to navigate.

    yep
But this year only kids are getting them I think. Others that want them can get them but they haven’t announced how or when yet.
It’s only thing I can think of and again if there is no way round it another example of a stupid system

I didn't even notice where it asked about cards to be fair so perhaps it might be that.

I'll probably just wait for the ticket office to contact me though and see what they suggest.
