Graham Alexander should be sacked

Alexander's post match interview is a car crash. I'm gobsmacked.

Saying the players give their all and 3-0 unfair reflection.

Rambling on with nonsense and sounds clueless as to know how to turn this around.

He started off sounding like a broken man but has recovered his composure a bit now

Three managers Cowley, allegedly Richardson and another turned us down before Alexander as they knew the shambles it was.
We might get lucky with an up and coming lower league manager but no-one is touching this poisoned chalice with the the two stooges up to unless they want a 6-9month write off on their cv and pay off

Thought we were in the game, they aren't in bad form if you look at the last week, we are in bad form

Thought the team was good tonight, effort and commitment first class

Character and effort is the minimum we ask and that's what we got from the tonight

Too many games at minute struggling to implement training

If need something you put the required work in to do it. Not jumping on players, just going to work hard and back the players, it isn't a team which isn't trying.

I don't want to jump on GA as he's inherited a squad of crap, but again I will say, 6 defensively minded players, at home, from the off.
3 wins in 13 at home under GA.
3 at the back is a classic away formation.
Notts County played 3-5-2 tonight, difference being they had Jones and Nemone out wide and Crowley pulling the strings and a pacy forward.
We had Richards who shat his pants at every opportunity first half, Halliday who is a solid right back, and Smallwood who is lost and Cook who is useless against a back 3

 

If he's losing some of the players not surprised after that disaster of an interview, sounded totally lost and despite trying to regain some composure it was a car crash as previous posters have indicated

Age does not equal leadership. If you're trying to say that the Forrest Green game knocked the lads so far back that they went to shit in the space of 4 days then I call bullshit. Too many weak minds in that dressing room. Not enough players that stand up an make themselves accountable. Yes, the manager isnt entirely to blame but he rightfully needs to take his fair share of it as some of the tactics an decisions in games this season have been shocking

 

I've changed my mind on Alexander after tonight. After that interview, awful bullshit just like Saturday's interview.

This club is a complete mess and now we have a manager who has no game plan. You don’t know what you are getting from one match to a next.

This club needs a long term plan. An identity but GA doesn’t give you that and worst still he doesn’t give you results! I am firmly understanding why clubs sack him quickly now!

 

Before we sack another manager Gent and Sparks must leave. GA is working with one of the worst squads I’ve seen assembled here for a very long time. Hes chucking shit and hoping it sticks at the moment and that shows in his selections and tactics.
There is absolutely no point sacking Alexander and letting Sparks have another shot at bringing in another manager. He has to leave. Gent and Sparks CANNOT be allowed to oversee another squad build like the one we have had this season.
