I think Mick has retired hasn't he? Or have they just put someone else int here as well. Im sure I saw a job advertised to run the ticket office

 

I thought Mick was still there. Still if there is a job in the ticket office available I'm sure having experience in collect shopping trollies will probably push you up the list in getting the job. After all Twitter experience gets you the role as CEO.

 

My usual suggestion to people when asking for help is to take a screenshot/photo of when the problem happens and post that with an personal bits deleted. Then people can see exactly where in the process and what the error says. That way you may get a more detailed and helpful response.

But going blindly, how old is your lad? what type of ticket were you adding to him?

out of interest have you renewed your season tickets yet? If not when you go in to renew season ticket does it show you both of them or just yours? If you log in as him does it show the same or different?

Looked at renewing my season tickets and it would only let me do my own. Tried a few options but no joy. Not sure if there was a better way of doing this?
Not impressed with the system you don’t have any points allocated to your account. Could be a proper free for all for the up coming away games.

 

Won’t be a free for all, but you might have to visit the office in person or ring up, quoting your membership numbers which they will then be able to check on the old system until the new system is fixed

 

Every hour is Amateur hour down at Valley Parade.

If they have to do that, two weeks after a new system has been installed when you can't get through to the ticket office at the best of times. The administration to do that for 1,200 people because the club launched an untested system really does show the man at the top is so far out of this depth.

 

And the easy fix to all these conspiracy theories about the loyalty points is for the club to update the fans to tell them
a. Why they aren’t there
b. When they expect them to be there.
c. Ensure fans there will be no issue for upcoming away games.
Instead we get radio silence and that’s just not good enough.

 

But do they even acknowledge that it's broke yet.. ?

 

I asked the other day if Ticketmaster did any clubs that used a point system and no one seemed to be able to give an example.

 

It might not be broke, it probably isn’t, just like Kate Middleton isn’t dead.
But when there’s no information people make up their own conspiracies

 

Done that, all my family are on a shared status. Messed about with home game tickets and you can add family together. It’s just the season. Ticket is a lone option.
More bothered about the away games we tend to have stay over. Hotel’s already booked etc. never had an issue with the points system.

 

If it is the season ticket renewal that isn't working then the other people in your list haven't given you permission to buy for them. When you change the setting on your list to manage tickets for them it sends them an email to accept this change to their privacy setting. Until they accept this they haven't accepted your request

 

As twitter is now called X, perhaps we should live in hope and refer to David Brent as our "X Ceo"

 

Done that. I set up all the new accounts anyone can allocate to the other. It works with home games when I messed with that. It’s just the season ticket that doesn’t let you add maybe it will when they iron out the glitches

 

Don't be daft. They have to acknowledge that the squad is broken first.
