    You would have to do it in person. If they don't have an online account then they can not access the online system. Ring the ticket office. I thought everyone had to have an account now

    Not committed yet, couldn't buy until all were showing in the season ticket list, ticket office did it for me, now gonna keep 'em waiting 'til nearer the deadline......

    Was just going to say if you bought at ticket office you will have same issue later if there is a big game ever but it sounds like they by passed the security to change the privacy settings. Sort of defeats the point of having the settings if it is for data protection reasons if they change them without the permission of the person

    Hi, I have changed the setting to manage tickets for them and then was sent a email to accept this change but no idea what to do after that !!!

    Hi, I just got sent a email regarding to accept to manage my grand kids account and it say`s to logon and go to my network to accept or reject this request. How to get to MY NETWORK???

    it is the friends and family but where you sent the request from in your account

    Sending a question about the new ticketing website and getting a standard e-mail back like this.

    "If your query pertains to the management or operational aspects of the club, please be advised that these topics fall outside the scope of our customer service team. We understand these are important issues and we want to ensure they are addressed appropriately.

    For detailed discussions and questions about the club's operations, we invite you to contact our Supporters Board. This dedicated channel, which includes regular meetings with the CEO and the Director of Ticketing and Supporter Services, is designed to address such inquiries. Please email your questions to questions@supportersboard.com."

    That's the sign of a very unhappy fan base at the moment and suggests many e-mails are being received about the shitshow running the club.

    How long has this Ticketmaster site been live now? 10 days? 11 days?

    Where are we?

    Well there are no loyalty points on the system and the only game you can purchase tickets for is tomorrow nights game.

    Where are the tickets to Grimsby which are is less than two weeks away on Easter Weekend. A game which usually has a limited number of tickets (1,200) and is usually always sold out.

    Why are tickets not on sale? Is it due to the new system? The fact they can't sell them because it would break their protocol of having different windows for loyalty points, and seeing as the loyalty points no longer exist within the system their hands are tied.

    I mean it's just amateur hour every hour at this club.

    This auto reply started almost immediately after the 'fans' forum on BBC Radio Leeds. I sent an email prior to the broadcast pointing out our dire situation and criticism of the running of the club. There was NO auto reply. After Ryan told us all on the broadcast that he had answered over 30 emails that week and would answer non abusive emails I emailed again asking for a response to my email. The auto reply was then ON.

    It's a laughable auto reply - if your query relates to the management of or operational issues of the club, contact the Supporters Board!! A board that meets once a month for an hour. People inside the club are not qualified to answer questions about the running of the club!!! FFS!!!

    PS - I still haven't had a reply from Ryan.....

    I emailed asking if he could help get my little lad a season ticket near my seat and not had a reply, emailed Marco the same, twice, and nothing

    My only guess regarding the Grimsby game is that there are techinical issues with the points transfer

    I wouldn't trust them guys with a shopping list, some of the stuff we hear they bring up at these monthly meetings with Ryan, thats poor form from the club.

    Will be huge demand for the Grimsby game with it being a bank holiday and also as it’s a 1pm kick off could be the first time this season we are in the top 7 ;);)

    Grimsby away? Definitely sold out last season ahead of the day.
    Not sure there will be the same demand this year given the apathy

    All depends on the next 3 results starting tomorrow. As unjustified as it may be because we’ve been so shite, we can’t just give up on the top 7 yet.
