yep totally agree the movement of data should have been done automatically.

I actually think part of it is that they found that the previous set up wasn’t data compliant as you had access to someone else’s purchasing details without their express permission.

but once these things are dealt with once the system it self for renewing a season ticket does look straight forward as clicking two buttons and then paying

My problem with F&F finally sorted this morning by the ticket office, don't be fooled in to thinking that just because F&F are in your 'network' that you can buy tickets for them, it's much more complicated and I couldn't have done it without some help.
Make sure you are set up well before the deadline....

Not the best with regards the technical stuff but I would think transfering information across would be similar to doing the same when you purchase a new phone and transfer all your contacts etc to the new phone?.

 

I’d say within 14 days you can probably cancel, but after that it would be down to clubs discretion.

 

only way to get definite answer would be read the T&C. My guess would be at the club discretion as I think tickets/memberships and such are not including in the distance selling regulations

Well a football season ticket is not a legally binding credit agreement so I guess cancelling your DD would serve the same purpose.
The club would just void your ST.

 

You might have to ask the ticket office for their phone number, I hope you have a 14 days cooling off after today it could take longer .

 

had a Quick Look and it probably would be covered by distance selling regs as it isn’t list as one of the exceptions so it would be 14 days

I am unable to renew season tickets for my wife and grand kids in my Friends and Family account, what do I need to do other than go to the ticket office

 

I had to add them using their season ticket number, then open an account for each person )including my 5 year old son which is ridiculous) and accept a request from me for them to be on my friends and family list

 

Either get them to log in to their accounts and change the setting for you in their friends and family to manage tickets rather than assign tickets. OR you go into your friends and family and for each of them change the setting from assign ticket to manage ticket, this second way sends them an email to accept the change. Until they action the email it will not action the change

 

What happens when some of the people in your friends and family group don’t have an email address because they are either children or elderly?

 

I can't tell you what I had to go through with this carry on, only solved with help of ticket office, could never had done it on my own, this is gonna be a problem for loads yet .....
