Moving on a permanent basis would be the death knell of BCAFC as a club…. Look at the distances travelled after the fire Hudds, Leeds & Odsal…..All no greater than what 10 miles from the BfD boundary. Anyone one thinking it would work travelling to Oldham, Bury, Barnsley or the like are nuts , end of!

I found this table. Perhaps 12 months out of date, but l would think it is a reasonable measure of players salary.

Absolutely right! The rent IS perfectly sustainable as long as the commercial income along with gate monies exist at current levels. If the latter two diminish then we eat into ground maintenance costs, staff costs, PITCH UPKEEP costs, playing budget costs. Once that happens ………

Just look at what has happened to Town and City High Streets when online shopping took hold.

In all honesty we’d probably be down to 5000 even at the Shay.
I thought as rugby is now a summer sport it might not affect things too much.

And that is the bit that the fans considering not renewing ST don’t understand.
Their actions of not renewing can only harm the club, not improve it.

@Staggo@Staggo nobody here cares about your club, mate. Well done on your success this season, every club with little history deserves a season of success so I'm happy for you but couldn't care less at the same time.

Most City fans care more about the future of our club rather than one small season of success

I do understand and I imagine others understand as well. However, the club has been on a journey of self harm for a few seasons. The vast amount of season tickets has kept the wolf from the door. That has allowed others to sit back and do nothing. Do not blame the fans, the lack of communication is abysmal and costs nothing. We are treated with arrogance and taken for granted. I fully respect you and your decision and view point but I will decide what to do nearer the 7th April.

I think it was the straw that broke the camels back yesterday, also the previous two league home games. The amount of pissed off people leaving after 20 minutes said it all, with the increase and poor home form, many will not bother with a season ticket.

It's been generally poor since we dropped into this division. We already know what next season will be like.

Constant reference by new players that we need to get where we need to be, while the existing shower are incapable of doing just that.

    One. More. Season.

It would help if you stopped being so bloody arrogant! I and lots more fully understand the potential consequences if a couple of thousand ST fans choose not to renew for the coming season. Things will get tighter financially and the club will have to cut its cloth accordingly. It may have to dispense with Ticketing Directors or Lead Digital Media whatevers! ;)

In terms of ST numbers, we'll be back around the the 2021/22 level when we were financially stable. Yes, costs have increased but ST prices have increased by 25% during that time and commercial income has almost tripled. We'll still have more income than most other clubs in our league. But those who choose not to renew will be sending a small but important message to Rupp in doing so. Sometimes you have to go backwards to move forwards. We'll still probably be able to meet Sparks' objectives of not getting relegated and balancing the books .. with a bit of pruning. The notion that we'll be entering Administration is for the birds.

Woodhouse Grove playing fields, and couple of bus shelters for our 'hardcore' fans... job done, innit!

Bad weekend for Bradford sport. City, Bulls, Bulls women, Bradford and Bingley RU, West Bowling RL all absolutely stuffed. A common cause?
