Let him clear out the shite in the summer and get players he wants and give him a whole season.
If no improvement or no signs of an identity, then get rid.

I don't agree.
Things are going in the right direction under Alexander. We're just not very good.
It's obvious that he got it wrong tactically today but with his change he showed that he was at least aware of it.

Actually, we've created chances today and if Smith could hit a barn door we could have been talking about a different game.

 

I've seen some mind-boggling things this afternoon related to City..... but 'Greym'?

 

I'm unsure about GA.
Hasn't he got it tactically wrong quite a few times this seasons ?

 

GA is the best manager we have had for years. He knows what it takes but he has to deal with lemons - especially in defence and particualrly midfield. He needs backing. Reduce the size and age of the squad and improve injury prone players and pace in the squad and we might do okay. Will it happen .... No !

I don't think GA should go but he shouldn't be sitting in the stands at all unless forced to be there through suspension.

His teamsheet and tactics were baffling today and he needs to be made accountable for that. However, he had chances in January to bring in more players and didn't… everyone could see we needed at least one midfielder.

He's made some poor decisions but I don't think we should get rid so soon. Plus, there's nobody out there!

 

Walker needs to go. Too expensive and injury prone.
That chance he missed today was criminal.

 

Best manager based on what?

 

Best manager who today hung his players out to dry with a formation and line up that defied any logic whatsoever. Sometimes a manger does things that have you shaking your head in disbelief, leaving your player of the season and top goal scorer on the bench should raise serious questions long term on his decision making.

 

Get GA then what ????? We move on to the next messiah who will simply fail again ...........until the recruitment is sorted out then frankly get used to years of this dross.

Today finally showed how fooking poor our recruitment and there lies thd problem.

I think we have much bigger problems than GA.

However GA is not the right man. You can make excuses for him all you want (some valid, granted) but he has far too many times started games tactically inept.

4-0 down at half time twice in his short tenure and christ knows how many early goals conceded.

We are that desperate we want to believe he can do a job but the faith and confidence in him is blind and without substance

 

No, we can't afford to give him a transfer window to sign his own players, Sparks will only sack him as soon as the window has slammed shut and replace him with someone using polar opposite tactics.

We might as well go straight to Alexander's replacement now with the players we already have.
