    City site shows by Monday 8th April 12am for renewal of existing seat.

    So im quite tech savvy and this has been a right faff

    I can imagine anyone sitting on the fence about renewing getting completely frustrated and just not bothering

    Things like this need to be simple otherwise folks will try once then just not bother and spend there money on something else

    Take Amazon for example , Its so quick and simple to use you have bought it before you change your mind

    It should be one or two clicks to renew your tickets

    the process of actually renewing by your season tickets is straight forward. Log in click on the option to renew and add to basket and then pay.

    I think the issue people are having is with transferring to the new system. The new system itself once you have transferred over is straight forward. I think the issue is they didn’t issue any directions before launching the website. They launched it and then issued directions as and when people questioned how to do stuff.

    I’ve done that a few times on Amazon, just bought something so fast then thought what a waste of money minutes later. They aren’t daft.

    7th April. Stays the same price to the 26th April though. The switching of seats starts on the 10th April.

    Maybe as fans use it more they will find it easier, but I have to say having to get my grandsons O/K to pay for his season ticket and suite upgrade using my banking details was rather strange.

    The issue I am having is that I can buy tickets for myself and nephew but not my 2 brothers, I've clicked on every link on the www but still can't do it ....

    They might have blocked you from buying them one they can’t cope with another season of sustainable ;)

    Exactly why I think it’s a pathetic decision by the club to implement this new system 3 quarters through the season. I bet no other league club would do this. Just wait until may 1st and do it then, where people have 3 months to get used to it and the club get 3 months to sort out any teething issues. Just asking for trouble, and inevitably more criticism following a disastrous 6 seasons

    The queues at the ticket office on Tuesday night were pathetic, clearly dealing with new system issues for frustrated fans. I’ve not seen it that busy when there’s been twice as many fans inside the stadium

    At least the fans were already going to the ground so it saved them an extra trip.

    One said they'd got an 'error' message, the other that they were in my network and didn't need to do anything else, but I still don't have them where I can buy their tickets..... !!

    Even if they are in your network they need to change it to allow manage tickets rather than just in network

    It took me two attempts to get the email sent for them to accept before I could buy my daughters ticket, but there is a re-send option. It then adds them automatically as a renew option.

    But why do the customers have to manually move their own data over? It's not difficult, they have our data on one system, they chose to move to another system so move our data across!! One database to another, basic IT requirements and data migration. Tell Ticketmaster these are our requirements, sort it!! Yet another example of the club not thinking about it's customers at all!! Basic stuff, shambles....
