    I took the simple route and renewed my 25 year Sat at the ground today. Done & dusted in about three minutes.

    The guy I spoke to seemed very relaxed about the new system and confident it will all work out fine once initial hiccups are sorted and people get used to it.
    He said that Loyalty Points will be added to the system before the next lot of away tickets are made available.

    I need to get my grandsons permission to buy his on line apparently, he's down to pick me up tonight so he should have an email from the club asking for my permission to buy his ticket, if not its like you Steve a drive down to the ticket office, just as I was getting used to the old online system.

    if he logs into his account he can change the setting on you on his friends and family so you can manage his tickets. Even without the email.

    Agree with the latter point.
    Ticket office have confirmed ‘it would seem you have to set up an additional account for each customer’.
    Probably the workaround / compromise is to make sure you have one account set up for each age category

    As for ringing up, I was on for 25 minutes today before giving it up as a bad job. And I can only call at the ticket office on a match day unless I take leave - it’s not always so straight forward as just bobbing down at lunch or waiting half an hour on the phone

    Cheers he's working so I didn't want him to get texting etc we'll sort it tonight hopefully, then any future tickets should be a breeze, then again Bradford city and breeze don't go together.

    Sign of the times though that convenience for legitimate buyers like you has been taken away probably because fraudsters / thieves could previously have exploited the system to their advantage.
    The same applies to those who are buying £19 junior season tickets that are never used just so they can bring a mate to sit next to them occasionally.

    I find it bizarre that you can only buy a ticket for the next home game on the new ticketing system. The previous one had at least the next 3 home games up for sale. Are they trying to totally alienate fans or what!

    I think I have messed this up. I activated accounts for myself and my 2 kids, but I have put them all as the same email address. Because the login is by email address when I try to login it always goes to my account so can’t now get into the kids accounts. That means I can’t log in to their accounts to change the setting to allow me to buy tickets for them. Anyone else had this?

    surprised it let you as most systems don't let you activate a second account on the same email address.

    I would suggest trying to activat one of the kids again and see if it says you have alread activated it

    And, it has activated as I added them to friends and family and got emails addressed to the kids accounts confirming they had been added.

    Drop the ticket office an email and explain your situation. The people in the TO are good at resolving individual fan's ticketing problems.

    They fixed a legacy problem for a friend, also relating to the use of an email address in the F&F process, within about 24 hrs from sending the email.

    It's the big issues when the club decides to reallocate blocks of tickets or entire stands when the problems really start. With those kinds of self-imposed problems, those in charge are largely incompetent.

    It won’t let me activate again. It says they have been activated. Email to the ticket office required I guess!

    Did you set different passwords for each account? If so you should be able to access by inputting the relevant password. If you've got it set to remember password then try a different device (phone, ipad, laptop etc.) and use the different password. I'm no tech expert but that's what I'd try.

    Seems like I've missed.out on all the fun, didn't even realise it was renewing time bar looking at this thread. When's the cut off point for renewing your seat? I'm leaving it as long as I can to make up my mind
