When activating, says request to manage has been sent but I know his email address has changed recently, but yeah maybe he can do it, no panic just yet but I'm sure it could have been made easier, seems like we have to dig around without access to a menu ...

 

So has the person activated their account on the new system yet? If so the email will have gone to the email address they have used for that. If not it will have gone to the email address they used on the old system.

If they have activated the new system they don't actually need the email, they just need to add you as a friend and family and then change the setting on their end to allow you to manage their tickets.

 

Thanks for your reply, I'm still not clear on this, I fear that they hold inaccurate (by mistake) details for my nephew, will continue to work on it but probably end up with going down to ticket office, just don't need this to buy a ticket for a bloody useless football club ..

No, not yet, never had the app, tried to get it last night but wouldn't accept his postcode/passcode and that's the issue, but still unsure what happens next not just with his but the other 2 on my F&F where I'm waiting for the go ahead to buy their tickets...

 

If the other two can log on to the new web site then they can authorise you from their account to buy tickets.

The one who hasn't activated their new account yet just clicks on this link and puts in their account number and surname and follows the instructions

Mine went through fine at £150 in my own seat. No issues, but I'm sure we haven't heard the last of it and wouldn't be surprised to see my seat sold to another person

 

On Ticketmaster it said the cost was £150, not £180

We rang the club, told them we wanted to renew, and pay the £180 including the Suite pass. This was only available if we gave up our seats for different ones. The only way we could keep our existing seats was to pay the lower amount of £150 and give up our suite passes completely

Mine is £180 staying in same seat. Others are £150 if not using the suites.

Must be some thing specific about your seat. where are you sat? Are you in NWC or another part they are closing? You are better off ringing or going down
