If GA is to persist with 3 at the back for both home and away games then he needs to either get rid of Richards and Halliday, or have wing backs for home games and use those 2 away.
There's a reason why we have won 5 away and only 3 at home, the change of formation in the second half shows us that 4 at the back at home creates a more fluid side thats needed to break away teams down.
A structured 3-4-3 is great when you want to sit aa little deeper then counter, but not at home.

FGR very organised, we huffed and puffed but there’s nothing dynamic with the way we play. Knock it out wide with an overlap pass, try cross it in and hope for the best. Their defenders lapped it up.
