    According to Google it is 198 miles and a 3 hour 41 minute drive. So say a 49 minute delay due to traffic and a lunch break of 1 hour, a 5 hour 30 minute journey. Set off at 10.00 a.m. and they could be at Valley Parade for 3.30 pm. No need whatsoever to travel up the night before and if they do, they can pay for their own yurt at the local glamping compound.

    Cheers NM. Pity they cannot also claim basic travel expenses for the fans who made the journey, would kind of soften the blow somewhat

    Do what I have started doing recently Kev...tell her to have a lovely time doing it :joy:

    My days of saying "how high" every time the wife tells me to jump (in DIY terms that is) are well & truly over. It'll get done when I get motivated enough to get round to it

    PITCH UPDATE: CITY v FGR

    Bradford City AFC has issued the following pitch update ahead of this evening's scheduled visit of Forest Green Rovers (7.45pm).

    The University of Bradford Stadium pitch continues to drain the rain which fell this morning.

    With drier conditions forecast this afternoon, and groundstaff working hard to ensure it is playable, we are confident that this evening’s fixture can go ahead as planned.

    Tonight's match referee, Simon Mather, will be arriving at Valley Parade at 4.00pm, as a precaution, to inspect the pitch.

    We will endeavour to keep supporters updated on the status of the fixture throughout the course of the day.
