I was more thinking on the lines of trying to get him and Sparks out of the club completely.
I was thinking along the lines that the fans raise x amount and approach someone, say Gordon Gibb for example, a partnership with the fans holding a percentage and said person controlling ownership, fans with a voice on the board of directors.
If we could get 10000 to put £10 a month into a fund £1.2 million per year. It would show we are serious with our concerns.
Personally i would put more in, i can afford it.
Surely we owe it to ourselves , our fellow supporters and future supporters to look at all options.
If it is true that he will not even sign for the fans letter, the quicker we organise the better.
A business that does not listen ti its customer's will not last long.

They don't serve all areas at the moment. My son in Bingley is with Brsk, but we can't get it in Shipley. They are gradually expanding the areas they cover but there is quite a bit of the area excluded at present.

 

Yes I played along with Virgin until BRSK became available in my area, Virgin kept sending me letters telling me I had not renewed but after speaking with one of their engineers he said they wouldn't disconnect me, they wanted £52/month for 250Mbps no chance I'd been with them since the Yorkshire cable days back in 2004.

 

The most we will lose is 10% but we might gain 10% in new season ticket holders if we have a good end to the season.

 

Myself and manny at the bantams supporters Trust are looking into a bond scheme like Wimbledon fans did to raise money for their new stadium .We are also looking at a deposit and mortgage scheme for the fans to buy back valley Parade its doable .Afc wimbledon were 12 million short in funding for their new stadium fans fans raised the money
I'm not saying city fans could raise 12 million but 1.5 million for a deposit is well within our grasp if heads are knocked together.Rupp doesn't want to buy the ground so why not the fans.

 

I reckon 20 % will not renew this year. It was 10% didn’t renew last year without any change in pricing

Imagine being scared of a letter and some printed documents.

 

He wants his customers to pay more to stand still and maintain the value of his asset, without putting in a penny of his own money. That's the crucial issue for me. We've had our troubles in the past, God knows, but I always felt that owners and supporters were in it together. Not now. I've never felt so disconnected from the club.

 

And what if Gibb / Flamingo land don’t want to sell? Why would they when they earn £500k a year from it for doing feck all.
