I think it's absolutely fair to price other teams out. Of course, we could just say "He's not for sale" and not immediately lower our asking price the minute the following window opens, but, you know... you can't have everything.

Why is he an unwanted player, Hughes is no longer at the club the problem has gone, why not take a chance that Jake could score goals along with Andy Cook and maybe squeeze us into the top severn.
Doyle was a different situation he could not/would not play in either Hopkins/Bowyers set ups so we let him go to Swindon, Young has hardly been given the chance the way Hughes treated him

 

Paul Simpson is well out of order talking about Young publicly like that.
He should have done the whole “I won’t talk about another teams player”.

Unfortunately for us all - especially GA - the Swindon game is looming fast. Should Young play some part and fail to give 100% effort (as every pro should do) against his "pals" then it could turn toxic in the away end if we lose. There'll definitely be no way back for him
