He's a WUM, if you check his previous posts, he's also "had it in" for the same person on a previous issue.

 

I assume everyone on here behaved like a saint and never went to a game before they were eighteen and then stood quietly clapping or waving their scarf.You were more likely to get hit by a brick or a lump of concrete back in the good old days.Throwing a flare is nothing compared to what our generation used to get up to at football.

I've been going to City since I was 8 (now 45) and I've never thrown a brick or flare, so yes I have "behaved like a saint" as you put it, as I am sure most normal people do.

Most teams who have come to valley parade in numbers have thrown smoke bombs on the pitch. Their teams have not been fined or points deducted. They also stand up all the game with out action.

 

I've chucked the odd bog roll and pinned two Claret & Amber ballons on the centre spot before the game ( it didn't go down too well with the bobbies at York) but Stafford God rest his soul vouched for me when the bobbie was going to eject me, did you go to that game @Bantam-in-Greece.
I don't understand anyone knowing that letting off or throwing smoke bombs can bring repercussions for the club and its law abiding fans is O/K, apart from it being illegal.

 

Don't give a flying fook about whether other teams have sanctions applied or not. I do however care that we as a club are being hit in the pocket constantly because of immature morons with brains the size of peas.

 

Exactly,it's not unique to us and I don't recall anyone on here saying we should be limiting tickets for Grimsby etc.

I have been to the 80s and 90s games at Stockport when darts where thrown in vollies, or Luton where bricks where dropped on us, or Barnsley when they used catapults to fire ball bearings etc etc so it is relatively civilized now, and you can mostly watch the game. Long may it continue.

Must say however that pyros at this club show a total lack of understanding of our history.

Same here mate, I would gladly point out the individuals involved without hesitation. I've kicked the toilet door in on a couple of occasions on these scrotes doing coke when I've needed the loo due to my dodgy bladder. They have no appreciation of past events in the club's history or how their behaviour can affect our ticket allocation for future away games.

 

With all due respect its pretty irrelevant what happened 30, 40, 50 years ago at football matches.

It's a completely new generation we live in now where behavioural norms are wholly different.

It's like comparing the graphics of European Club Soccer on the Sega Mega Drive to Fifa 23 like for like.
