    Marvellous.

A good old melt down.. this about a f++king crap picture.

I'm more in why this team stop playing football after they've scored. AGAIN.

Exactly. Was kind of intimating that it’s also a bad design. It should be whistling, in a cage or down a mine or something :)

Reading this it looks like it could be a done and dusted thing with the new crest.
If so what's the point of a survey.

Ryan Sparks, Bradford City’s chief executive, spent a few days recently at Macron’s headquarters in Bologna.
Nothing unusual in that. The Italian firm supply around 90 sports clubs across Europe and City joined their roster this summer after signing a six-year deal.
Both parties are happy with the agreement, not least because League Two City’s like-for-like sales for the new home shirt are up 36 per cent on the same period last year after shifting almost 2,400 in the opening 27 days. With Macron hoping to beat last season’s 15,000 shirt sales by an additional 5,000 in 2022-23, it has been a promising start.
That, though, was not why Sparks was in Italy. Instead, the supply problems that have left several rival clubs waiting anxiously for deliveries lay behind a trip he would normally have made once the new campaign was under way.
“I flew out to finalise our designs for the 2023-24 season,” says Sparks. “The plan is to then place the order before the end of the month and, that way, we hope to guarantee delivery in April or May.
“In the past, we’ve placed our order in November or December after working on ideas for a couple of months. But that was before COVID. It is still a big problem, with a number of factories having been closed during a crucial window for production.
“Shipping is also harder. I’m not sure if a number of companies have gone under but shipping is certainly taking longer than it did. Our kit comes from China so we felt it prudent to put the orders for next season in early. Supporters love getting the new shirt in summer. They don’t want to have to wait.”

First off; those of us with long memories will remember the bantam and shield logo from the early to mid80's. This changed to the Boars head logo from the start of the 85/86 season.
I never liked the boars head purely because it represented the city rather than Bradford City. We're known as the Bantams so why have a pig as your logo?
The current logo was released when GR took control in 94 (not 91 as reported in the T&A).
I hated it then and still do. I wrote in the City Gent at the time that it looked like a half starved battery hen rather than a proud fighting *@?$.
Plus the whole design and font smacked of type you saw a lot in the 80's.
The new badge is certainly an improvement on what we've got now. Not exactly wow! But not bad. I'd like to see it with a couple of colour variations - using white and black in with the c&b. We've used these colours for decades so they have a legitimate place in our branding

Something a fried chicken shop would design.

I was never terribly fond of the previous badge and we don't seem to have a previously iconic or long-standing badge in our history so I can't say that the change bothers me much. As for the new 'proposal', I quite like it and I think it'll grow on me. And, let's face it, neither myself nor most of the members of this forum are the real target here. It's a simple modern design, kinda like an American Soccer franchise, that 'the kids' might think is cooler. Perhaps we should be thankful we're not also being renamed the Bradford Bantams.

It’s not bad. I like the forward facing element but feel a ball under the front foot/claw would have added to it.
It’s a bit flat though and I agree the different font sizing just looks weird

Definitely not a badge for a professional football club. If they want to rebrand then fans need to be involved at every stage and that starts with the submission of designs and then put it to a vote.

shite, not a fan. i liked the current badge, always felt a bit different to identikit carbon copy shit like this. now we are just one of many other clubs with shit badge designs. I think there are very few badge changes in the past decade or so that I think have actually added anything. Once again, people creaming themselves over 'modern' designs despite the fact modern clearly does not guarantee an improvement. See also football stadium redevelopments.

    Absolutely.
Surprisingly, I quite like it. But the Bantam looks much better facing the other way.
Not keen on the different sizes lettering though.
