Covid & Covid Passports - Rules & Logistics for City matches?

Could have used a blank sheet of paper and got in yesterday just a cursory glance and in

 

Does any one in the country have any technology to scan these QR codes ? I’ve been numerous places and no one has a thing . Like you say a load of bollocks

 

I asked the turnstile operator why she didn't want to see my pass. Reply was she was too busy and it should have been checked in the queue

 

I could have shown the steward a cross word or the barcode from a packet of weetabix for the customary glance it got. Once inside pretty much everyone was maskless as expected.

These restrictions will be removed under a grand deflection from the Johnson shitshow to say they kept their word to remove them, however they are literally so pointless they should never have been brought in at all.

No one at Valley Parade could honestly believe they were any safer there on Saturday than they were for the Sutton game a month earlier.

Still in a Covid Pass world, we have a 100% home record......

 

Tbf people were wearing masks in the concourses for this match

 

In the kop end, pretty much no one was wearing masks at the turnstiles or in the concourses.

A few were but the vast vast vast majority weren't.

 

Very few in the Sunwin and more surprising none of the stewards inside the ground but as we know it was all window dressing, let's hope the restrictions will be lifted on 26th January.

 

Not in the kop they weren’t, I saw probably 1 in 50 wear them. Can’t speak for elsewhere in the ground.

 

Certainly pre match they were just about everybody we saw had them on but only a few had them on at half time

 

Literally no one pre match had them on either.

It was never going to work with people standing around having a beer in the concourse because you can't take it into the stand so by default the whole thing falls to pieces.

 

A bar code from a weetabix packet.... That did make me laugh

 

We were stood on the concourse watching the tv and didn’t have a mask on but because everybody else seemed to we put ours on

Exactly the same as every event that I've been under these restrictions. All the fuss about bringing these pointless things in and people just ignore them anyway.

I don't know which game @Park bantam was at. I completely forgot there were even a requirement for masks until I'd logged back on here after the game.

 

Glad to hear stewards and fans took zero notice of this utter nonsense.

I kept my word and boycotted and I’m happy I did. Hopefully that will be the first and last time of ‘Covid passes’ to watch an outdoor sport.

I went to the bog at halftime and passed ONE person on the kop concourse (and in the toilets) who was wearing a mask, there and back. I know because I counted to see if I looked a dick wearing mine.
