Yes but because he didn’t lose faith and we must admit, the result was largely down to his stamina and faith in what he was doing.

 

Agree what a team spirit we have with a never say die attitude. No heads drop when we concede they just go again.

Carry on like this and we will be selling out most away games and looking at regular 17K + home gates.

It's good in a way that we have lost Angol to injury before the transfer deadline so we can do something about it. He will be missed for sure gutted for him as he has shown a real positive attitude and has caused oppo defences some real issues but also relieved as someone else can now take pens.

All in all its been a bloody good 7 days 3 wins 9 goals scored.

 

Lots to be pleased about with that result. Last seasons side would have gone down to a comfortable loss here. We had to dig in and weather a storm of pressure and intensity in the first half. We showed great character in coming from behind, we clearly have goals in us, and the fitness levels look excellent.

Lots to be pleased with. But I worry about the lack of striker depth. It needs addressing, or we could pass up a great chance of promotion

Great to be watching live football again, thought Mansfield nailed us down the left side and played some good football, possibly the better team. But goals win games and we took our chances, if we can play below par and win you can’t complain. Onwards and upwards great to see the Bradford faithful travel away in large numbers. Must have been the Corn Dolly massive - Broncos crew

 

I think Vernam’s goal saved his game I was halfway through slating him when he scored, but I’m really starting to enjoy watching city for the first time in 4 or 5 years, hope we can keep the pressure on!!
