    I actually agree with you. I think the signings are only meh because of the division we are in and asked how other teams in the division compare(in fairness, Mike seemed to agree). We look much, much stronger than last year. We were desperate for a midfield ball winner(Songo'o), pace up front(Eisa), someone to carry and hold the ball to relieve the defence from pressure(Gilliead). Sign a capable striker and even Fordy will think we will finish higher than 8th.

    I might be wrong but I believe Bradford End was using Vuckic as an example of a player Angol is similar to, and was also referring to Angol about it being his last chance in the EFL.

    Just read that Lionel Messi is now a free agent. Along with Barcelona - Man City and PSG are probably the competition. @Bradford End@Bradford End , you appear to be ITK, what chances? We could probably do with another forward...he is 34, but he is rather good. How many more ST’s do we need to sell to create a financial package?

    I agree, we've signed some key archetypes that we've somehow overlooked in recent years.

    We do look stronger, even if the signings individually aren't exactly...

    Marquee is just some princess like Josh Wright that care more about their hair than putting in a tackle.I would rather have a player that gives his all and puts his body on the line to win games and we seem to have signed a good mixture of players this transfer window.

    Looking at that try move Evans on and bring a striker in. Maybe send some of young lads on short term loans to local non league clubs to get game time eg sikora
