I think the thing people tend to forget is we are a league 2 club and with clubs like Harrogate, Sutton, Fleetwood, Accrington and numerous others, I would suggest that our facilities are probably the envy of many league 1 & 2 clubs!!!

Your brain needs to start understand football in 2021. Off the pitch issues are vital. Owning things are vital.

Yeah the school is decent for a SCHOOL! Bradford City should be looking to start owning things then commercial opportunities happen more often that generates more more to the club to help on the the pitch. This isn't hard to understand.

Bradford City own nothing and are a DIV 2 football club. So not owning anything clearly doesn't work for us because on the pitch we are rubbish!

Maybe if we start to improve on the pitch we might create enough income to focus off the pitch? At this stage, it isnt a priority for lower league football

This was a really positive update by Sparks and you absolutely loathe it so decided to put a negative spin on it by bringing up the training ground. You are a real half glass empty kind of guy...

Anyway we have 'real financial problems' according to you so surely any income better invested paying off creditors?

Possibly because we are in div 2 is the main reason we own nothing. I think we need to own our own ground and training facilities and I'm sure everyone agrees. To do this costs and we have more urgent priorities. If we put all of our money into buying facilities it comes at the expense of the team and the longer we stay in this division, the sooner the income dwindles. This is nothing to do with football in 2021 just a simplified business model.
