Bit gutted about that when you look at our wide options right now, 18 months is a good deal for him.

And got 30+ minutes in today fit or no fit, I think Stuart is over playing the not match fit comment.

 

Imagine having Ismail in your squad and saying no to Morais.

 

Imagine playing both Hossanah and Tyler French on the wing recently and saying no to Morais.

 

I think Stuart's refusal to try a couple of free agents didnt help him with regards quoting our injury situation and making his squad look even weaker.

When the likes of Novak and Guthrie got injured that's when he should have brought someone in to rely on Clayton doing 90+ minutes was poor management, Samuels has been poor, Clarke, Evan's could have made one in playing along side Donaldson but for me Stuart was just being bloody minded unless there was no further finance until the transfer window but were told the club would back him financially.

Of course we don’t know exactly what Morais said, apart from the context of it, but seems harsh on him. Payne i understand the decision of.

Surely there is more to it re Morais. Either way seems a shame, he came across well during his time with us.

 

Might be mutual termination? Morais always came across as a nice guy whilst at City. He may feel he can no longer stay at their club after what happened.

 

Surely he can be done for breaking his contract - there must be something about behaviour.
Can we sign him up immediately? I don't think we can, as there's a rule about not playing for X amount of clubs in a season isn't there? I'd take him - is certainly an improvement on Clarke!
