Yes, connected because he delivered constant progress having taken over a shambles of a squad but was able to put his mark on it and be clear about what he wanted to do from the start.

Cooke and Sutton haven't pulled up any trees and have struggled to impose themselves on games this season in a key area of the pitch where you need to dominate to be successful.. both McCall signings. yes, Cooke was here last season but McCall decided to bring him back. currently there's been no evidence as to why.

 

I would not reward failure and with McCall it only ends one way.

 

It would depend on what they deserved based on how well they were doing the job. That seems to make sense.

So, do you want him to show he's the big man and sack Stuart McCall? My personal belief is that something is being built at City and it's all coming from within, the Bradford way. Whether it works or not is anyone's guess but McCall, Sparks and the rest of the staff at City have my support. They all need to work bloody hard and get the club going again.

Well said, only by doing things the world-renowned "Bradford Way" will we repair the "special bond" between the club and fans.

Nothing to do with being a 'big man'. It is business so friends/family/legends should not be any part of his review. Purely objectively McCall is not delivering. It is a straight up fact.

Finally it is not a matter of 'working hard'. Anyone can 'work hard'. Give me the job I will 'work hard'. But I will fail as I dont have the necessary skills to be the manager of a professional football team. On the evidence of McCalls career neither does he.
