Sorry Stuart, your team have let you down but this ones on you IMO.
I’m embarrassed of my club right now.

 

It stinks to me of cutting budgets to me the squad assembled by Rahic and Bowyer was poor with bad signings. Not replacing Doyle or Vaughan with decent replacements.(cost cutting), says It all.
This season has all the makings of we need to survive financially with little ambition of promotion. To get promotion we need a vast improvement from this squad - so far it is lacking.

 

We have 10 other players... We're shite all over! Novak gets a free ride becasue he's scored a couple of tap ins?
What about Cooke that everyone was giddy about in the window? He's done nothing?
What about Connor Ashley Cole Wood? He's been dreadful!!

 

Have we had any chances this 2nd half, I ask because I have been listening on the wireless today and through no fault of the commentator, it is so boring to listen to, I think my mind has drifted off.

Very rare do i moan about the team, but how easy was that for Newport. Basic football, sorry Stuart but the younger manager has shown you how to do it. Very poor no ideas at all. Where is the leader, we don't have one, another long season

 

I don't think you can blame any of Wood, Cooke, Watt - what are they supposed to do when the players in front of them are changing every week and changing formation every match??

Football is built on partnerships. It's so much easier when you're playing with the same players in a settled formation rather than having to go into different parts of the pitch or be looking for team mates because where they are this match is different to the last match.

It's almost unfair on the players to keep changing the formation every match. Decisions on the pitch need to be taken quickly and you can't do that if you don't know where your team mates are or even who your team mates are!!

 

What a thoroughly depressing afternoon. We were never going to score from open play on Tuesday night and same again today.

 

they've got my money for the season and no doubt I'll buy a season ticket for next season.. but if it continues like this, if we are allowed back into Valley Parade this season, I'll be seriously considering whether the 150 mile round trip is worth the time, effort and petrol money.

Couldn’t agree more. The genuine talent in this squad who could offer something with decent players around them is limited to maybe 5-6 players. The rest look like National League at best and maybe that’s been harsh on National League.

Tinker man has caused this, most of these players are his signings. Do the right thing and WALK. That absolutely pains me to say as he's a great guy, but would you go to your ex bird for the third time!?
