Refund?

Not sure you can define a "Real" City supporter by the depth of their pockets we are living in hard times with redundancies/ firms closing down on a daily basis fans will be more concerned how to keep a roof over their head and put food on the table rather than protecting Mr Rupps investment
which incidentally it's reported he is more than capable of doing himself
We are all City fans at heart don't know how many tickets were sold and what any refund due would be do you have a total refund figure ??
Perhaps whatever is not refunded could be used to aid team strengthening ON TOP of our transfer budget

 

Although me and my family have no intention of applying for a refund, that is a crass statement Silver.

I would never condemn any fan seeking a refund if they have fallen on hard times during this crisis, and certainly not label them as not being a true fan.

Don't forget, the club have been saving money courtesy of the furlough scheme in this period

 

I'd say a real Bradford City fan is someone who has stuck by their team through good times and bad, be that an old timer as many who post on here or fans who only started recently.
If a fan just wants to see sexy football and a bigger ratio of wins then Bradford City should not be their choice, and for me personally the team you support should be the nearest Town, City you live in, I really have little time for Essex boys who support Man Unt etc, obviously that does not include the Essex boy who is a regular poster on here .

 

Never mind a refund I think we should thank the club for sparing us 5 more games of mind numbing dross.

 

Rupp is not the club. Rupp will not be refunding you from his own pocket. The refund will come from club funds which are in a terrible state. It’s your choice?

You are correct but it cant only work one way, if the club makes profit he gets to keep it as the owner. i dont have a problem with that but that also means he is liable for any losses, that's where my issue is.
i haven't decided if i would take any refund offered but i am leaning towards it at the moment and i dont apologise for that.
If the club was owned by a lifelong fan who was propping it up out of love i wouldn't hesitate, i would let them keep it without question but its not and that gives me pause for thought.

 

Watching the likes of Bradford City you realise how precious the few good times have been over the years, I'd love us to be more successful but during my time it's not always been about the football I've met some great characters, I wont said "I wouldnt have changed a thing" because I would one being Big Geoffs 6 weeks of madness, and Julian & Mark not being able to finance us further it would have been interesting just how far we could have gone under that era.

So wait this owner and others we have had come in then don't invest in the club. We make poor excuses to why then you now expect fans too..Rubbish! Rupp needs to either be serious about the club or done one. Rhodes needs to step up and prove he is can be a decent CEO.

Well if that’s the way you feel about the answer for Rupp is simple refund the ones who want it and charge the same people more when football returns.

 

I would think most if not all football clubs would charge for a replacement.
I remember when there were fans (that's a laugh) going into the stadium 10 minutes later asking the stewards on the door if they could come out for a fag and handing their season tickets over to their mates outside who used them to gain entry then the guy who went out for a fag walked back in.
I was present in the Patron Suite when Mark Lawn & Dave Baldwin told those in attendance at half time what was happening, as a businessman youd be well aware of scams that these scumbags will use to get a freeby.

I will rephrase it then if fans want there money back so be it . But if they want to be there next year they will need to pay extra for that
