Like Bowyer saying he wanted to have pacey, strong, athletic players it's easy to say and not quite so easy to do.

 

Not like footballers even at League 2 level usually get a ticket to another team, especially when its a free transfer. If you get fired for bad conduct at Morrisons then you should be worrying.

The team needs time to grow, train and adapt to a specific playstyle. The fact that the team loses all motivation and morale on away games is a testament to that, clearly.

And what should the club do?

If you worked for an organisation with no drive or ambition you would start to question why you're there.

If the corner shop started to over take Morrisons then you will fine people will want to leave.

Bradford City as a club is uninspiring. We need to change our outlook as a club from Mr Rhodes as he's a yesterday man.

Bradford City is not uninspiring. Attendance is big, we have a big stadium and we are formerly a League 1 side, even with the team we have now we're 9th in the table, with a few improvements next season promotion is a given, if not fighting in the play-offs this season.

The whole point is that the players have to pick up the slack and fight for their spot in a competitive team, Morrisons will hire just about everyone, Bradford city will not. If they want to leave the moment they are shown the possibility that their contracts might not be renewed then it just shows they'll be stuck in League 2 or even lower when they leave. No one wants a quitter.
