Your first comment was fine why the need for this one? The going out of business comment wasn't one I said lightly or flippantly, and if you read what I post on here I generally try and be positive about things where I can. However it currently feels like the club are doing everything it can to make me not give a shit about them anymore and I don't think that's an unreasonable sentiment. We just seem to lurch from crisis to crisis with no real plan to move forward, for example when Vaughan signed he was bigging up the long term project at city and now he's at Tranmere. We let two shit hot forwards for this level go (I stand corrected on Doyle) and replaced them with Lee fecking Novak. I've never supported city in the expectation for them to be any good but theyre just taking the piss out of us all now.

 

Isn't that where due diligence would come in to ascertain whether or not the person you're selling to is a liar? As I said prior, these guys are all businessmen and wealthy ones relative to the average football fan. They did not make money by being naïve.

 

As I said I share your frustration. Let’s hope some more come through the door in the next few hours. Novak gives us an option if Donaldson is unfit. But he’s clearly not the answer to our goal scoring problem

 

I believe the debate was that clauses could be written into the sellers contract, and the above was a reply that even though Candbury were given assurances about jobs etc it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on once Kraft pulled the plug.

I was thinking similar, I’ve never rated him as a manager but I thought he was a decent man but I now have a real hatred for him.
