January Transfer Window

35 goals replaced with 10. No left winger, no RB, no midfielder.

One of the worst January transfer windows I can remember.

 

Look at all the 0-0's and 1-0's Stevenage have had lately - quite clearly Guthrie is one of them that defends from the front!

I have no idea who the player is or what he is like. One thing I do know is that his failure to get in the Stevenage team coincides with their appointment of Graham Westley as manager. I find that at least slightly reassuring.

 

Why when Rupp and Rhodes will still be here? He can go once they do, no point getting the right man in but at the wrong time.

But, Carlisle are about the right type of EFL club to go to - probably won't go down, probably going to get game time, and if he gets enough game time he'll score a couple.

But for me, his next club is likely to be National League.
