1 start in August, got injured for 4 months. Came back, first start on Tuesday and sent off for 2 stupid tackles in the first half.... doing fine i think.

Cant see it whilst they have Grayson, he only left because they had a massive spat. Going around that sort of behavior round here.....

 

It wouldn’t surprise me if Bowyer and Rhodes have gone to Rupp and asked for more money saying they urgently needed a couple of signings. And he’s bitten back, saying how many more bloody players do you need? Work with what you’ve got. You told me in the summer you’d built s promotion squad. Get on with it. If you want some money sell somebody. That would fit recent developments even though it’s entire speculation.

Dont know after being out for months he returned and made two rather rash tackles, sent off after 45 minutes so we await his return again.

 

If so then Rupp once again is taking little notice of what's being said, Bowyer said it could take 3 transfer windows to sort the club out on the pitch.

 

Which maybe fair enough had he invested more in the upkeep of the pitch and more importantly got a full coaching staff in, investment away from players was just as important in the Summer as any players and we couldn’t even afford to get rid of Drury! Where’s that McBurnie money gone, in his back pocket to recover losses when it’s partly his fault it happened in the first place. That money should have been properly invested in the club to get us back to where we were when him and that idiot who brought him here bought it. Then he might have had a chance of getting his investment back.

It appears that we have accepted a bid from Blackpool for Woolery. One of our twitter ITKs has hinted that we might be in for Devitt. It might be that Woolery is part of a deal for him.

It might be BS, but the twitter source is usually quite reliable.

Didn't get the impression that Vaughan was seen as such a god. He actually got some unfair criticism - but now of course he's the best striker we've ever had

And you can't simply take Vaughan's goals away and then make an assumption. If Vaughan had never been here, then Doyle would almost certainly had been forced to stay and as we've not seen Doyle and Donaldson together - you've no idea if we'd had scored more goals or less. Or even if Doyle and Vaughan weren't around, then their summer replacement might or might not have scored more

You see this is the kind of ridiculous negativity these boards have become. Some of you now come out with any scenario to prove what an idiot Bowyer is - he can't say anything in the press, without the radicals on here asking for his head (see the latest "Bowyer out" by @JonButterfield, I'm sure the banner protest is only a week away, then again it's fairly windy for the next few days!!).

Strangely, though the same torch isn't shone at O'Donnell and Anthony O'Conner, who thanks to Bowyer have not only resurrected their careers, but arguably been our best players

For me these comments are a hilarious source of entertainment. It shows how daft humans can be when they have an entrenched position and then decide that they're correct.

He's been on here but is silence is worrying.

However, I doubt he isn't going to defend Rhodes when Rhodes is putting himself in a position in which fans hate him. He isn't stupid, he will give an honest thought process and put the club first over a person.

Until the mess is sort one way or another I doubt you will see much of him on here.
